Dosing:
This recipe is a total of 100 mg THC / 20 mg CBD. It makes 4 cups of ice cream at 8 servings and 14 mg THC per serving. As always, please make the potency according to your personal tolerance.

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups coconut cream
- 2/3 cup Next Level Infused Brown Sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup ube halaya
- 1/2 teaspoon ube extract
Directions:
Whisk the eggs together in a medium bowl.
Combine half-and-half and sugar in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until the mixture reaches a simmer. Then, remove the saucepan from the heat.
Gradually pour half of the hot mixture into the eggs, whisking rapidly to prevent the eggs from scrambling. Return the combined mixture back into the saucepan while continuing to wisk.
Add the heavy cream while continuously whisking.
Cook the mixture over medium-low heat, whisking constantly. Once the mixture is thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon, remove it from the heat.
After adding the vanilla, ube halaya, and ube extact to the warm ingredients, blend well with an immersion blender.

Pour the mixture into your favorite ice cream maker and follow the directions.
