Dosing:

This recipe is a total of 154 mg THC and 10 mg CBD. Each banana bite is from 5 to 10 mg THC.

Chef’s Note:

This recipe works well with dark chocolate as well. And sky’s the limit on the crushed toppings that can be added.

Cannabis Chef’s Note:

The best strains for this recipe include those that have have a chocolaty undertone like Chocolate Tai, Electra, or Chocolope. But, the terpenes found in most strains of cannabis blend extremely well with chocolate. In this particular recipe, we used Grandaddy OG.

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

Line a cookie sheet with wax paper.

Slice bananas into 2 inch pieces. Break wooden barbecue skewers into ½’s or ’s, depending on how long the skewers, and place them into the bananas. Freeze for 1 hour.

Set up a double boiler to a low boil. Once the bowl is hot, place the coconut oil, Next Level Infused Coconut Oil, Coconut Milk, and ½ cup of the chocolate into the bowl and whisk lightly. Once the chocolate melts, add ½ cup more chocolate and repeat the process until all the chocolate has melted.

Dip the frozen bananas into the chocolate. (Note: If the bananas thaw while outside of the freezer, the later of water will not allow the oil into the chocolate to adhere. If this happens, get the chocolate to stick by wiping off the water from the banana with a paper towel.) Once the banana has been dipped, roll, sprinkle, or drizzle additional ingredients on top. Some recommendations include coconut flakes, nuts, strawberry chunks, and other chocolates.
